Notes & assumptions
- Releases 8.0.0 → 8.4.0 are confirmed Closed in ADO (verified via work item states).
- OAuth/multi-IdP support was identified as a priority by the team on 2026-09-22 and is now being delivered by Contribution #520202 / PR #62583. Related: #506948 (Swagger OAuth2 PKCE, delivered in 8.2.0).
- Search expansion (8.6.0) builds on #502962 (journalized-case search endpoint, delivered 8.3.0) and #481444 (sortable case search results, delivered 8.1.0).
- 8.6.0 / 8.7.0+ themes are directional placeholders pending refinement — not yet committed release scopes.
